3 Easy Steps to Access your Locker

You can access the shop and your locker as many times during your booking period using the keycode/barcode.

STEP 1 - To enter the shop SCAN YOUR QR CODE or type in your KEYCODE followed by # (e.g, 123456#)

STEP 2 - Show the QR code to the barcode scanner (the red light) on the front of the lockers

Alternatively you can use the touch screen to enter the KEYCODE

STEP 3 - Your locker opens automatically. Put your luggage in and close the locker door.

Dp not overfill your locker. If there is pressure on the door it may not open again.

WHEN YOU LEAVE THE SHOP MAKE SURE YOU CLOSE THE DOOR BEHIND YOU!

PLEASE REMEMBER TO CHECK OUT ON TIME!

IMPORTANT: This is a self service locker storage facility. It is your responsibility to collect your luggage on time.  Your keycode will no longer open your locker once the end time of your booking expires and the next customer will have access to your locker.

TROUBLESHOOTING

Problems with the lockers are rare but here are some tips to ensure a hassle free bag drop

Locker does not open

The locker only opens with your keycode during the booking time.

  • Check the time of your booking.
  • Make sure you entered the correct keycode.  Try entering the keycode again or show your barcode to the reader.
  • If scanning the QR code make sure to hold the barcode 10-30cm from the scanner

Locker does not close

There is no need to force the lockers, it should close easily.

  • Make sure nothing is blocking the locking mechanism.  Take out your luggage and carefully pack it in again and try again.
  • Make sure you have not overloaded the locker. Do not force the door closed otherwise the locking mechanism will not open again due to pressure from inside the locker.
  • If the locker still does not close, try showing your barcode to the reader again, this will unlock the mechanism.
  • If the locker pops open after closing it, just wait 10 seconds and then it should close.
