What should I expect on booking my locker?

You will receive a confirmation email with a unique PIN Code and QR Code either of which you can use to access your locker.  If you did not receive this email please check your SPAM folder, otherwise please contact us.

Can I alter my booking?
Unfortunately we cannot make changes to locker bookings because lockers are automatically assigned by the reservation system.  In the case you wish to make a change (adding more time or changing the dates) you will need to reserve another locker.  Contact us and we’ll give you a 25% discount for the new booking.
What is your cancellation policy?
Since we have limited availability of lockers we don’t offer refunds once the locker is reserved.
What happens if I arrive late to collect my luggage?

PLEASE REMEMBER TO CHECK OUT ON TIME!

IMPORTANT: This is a self service locker storage facility. It is your responsibility to collect your luggage on time.  Your keycode will no longer open the locker after your booking expires and the next customer will have access (theft of your belongings due to late arrival is not covered by insurance).  In the event you arrive late you will have to contact us to arrange for someone to manually open your locker (subject to their availability) and will be charged a call-out fee of €35 to open your locker.

If you know you are going to be late please let us know in advance and we will try to help you.

Do you charge per locker or per bag?
Other companies charge per bag, not us!  You pay for the locker and as long as your luggage can fit inside the locker comfortably that’s fine with us (as per our terms and conditions).

IMPORTANT: If your luggage does not fit inside the locker and you have to force the door to close, the locking mechanism will not open and we will have to charge a call-out fee for a technician to come and manually open the locker.

Do you have special day rates for luggage storage?
Yes, bookings of 24 hours or more receive a discount of 50% off the total price.  Remember our lockers are large enough to store multiple bags.
How long can I store my luggage for?
There is no time limit to how long you may store your luggage.  We have special day rates available please check the FAQ to see our special day rates.
Can I reserve a locker at the luggage storage facility?

This is self service luggage storage, there are no personnel at the place.  Lockers can only be reserved ONLINE. We recommend reserving prior to arriving as lockers are limited.

Where is the luggage storage facility located?

We are located in the heart of Alicante next to the central market and C6 Airport bus stop.

How do I get to the lockers from the Airport?

Take the C6 bus from the top floor of the airport and get off at the stop called “Alfonso El Sabio 12”, the locker store is one block away on Calle José Gutiérrez Petén, 27, 03004 Alicante, Spain

Are my belongings safe?

Absolutely. The lockers are secured with a PIN Code that only you know.  Make sure to close your locker door and to close the door of the shop behind you. The store is protected by 24 hour CCTV system.
